I'm not entirely sure about that bread specifically, but the workers are really nice. If you show interest in that kind of bread, they can add it to what they make. There is also a bakery in town called Dempsey's Bakery. They might have it as well.
Yes, they make several vegan/gf options that don't contain egg or milk. I had a wonderful eggless carrot cake from them this past weekend!
